Raw Honey

An all-time customer favourite, our raw honey has always been one of our flagship products and is unfiltered, which means that small bits of raw goodness like pollen and beeswax may present. 

Crystallisation is a natural form of preservation. To soften or liquify honey again, place the closed bottle into warm (40-45°C) water until honey is at the desired consistency. Be careful though, because  higher temperatures destroy the natural goodness of raw honey. Never microwave honey! It will turn your honey into sugar syrup that looks, smells and tastes like honey, but lacks all the natural goodness of raw honey.

Honey is best stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight and is unfortunately not suitable for infants under 12 months.
